As the leader of Hamann Real Estate & Property Management, Jeannie has guided the firm to sustained local recognition, including being named the Benicia Chamber of Commerce’s 2021 Business of the Year and earning Benicia’s “Best of” Real Estate Office distinction for 15 consecutive years. She has also been individually recognized as Benicia’s “Best of” Real Estate Agent and honored as Realtor of the Year. Her professional leadership extends throughout the industry, including service as President of the Solano Association of Realtors and as a Director for the California Association of Realtors.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jeannie is widely respected for her philanthropic leadership. Her work with the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life helped inspire the creation of the “Hamann’s Hearts 4 A Cure” team, which has raised more than $300,000 for cancer-related causes. In 2014, she and her husband, Tim, founded The Tim & Jeannie Hamann Foundation to provide direct support to local patients undergoing treatment. Since its inception, the foundation has granted more than $1.8 million in assistance to help individuals and families meet essential needs during one of life’s most difficult journeys.
