Jeannie was named Realtor of the Year in 1996, "Best of” Agent for 2016, served as President of the Solano Association of Realtors in 1999 & 2011 and served as a Director for California Association of Realtors for 14 years. Jeannie was awarded the ATHENA AWARD for women who demonstrate excellence, creativity and initiative in their business and profession, as well as provide a valuable service by contributing time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community. Jeannie & Tim were honored on July 3rd, 2019 by being chosen to serve as the Grand Marshall’s of Benicia’s Annual Torchlight Parade.
In May of 2015, Jeannie and Tim started The Tim & Jeannie Hamann Foundation to raise money to give a Hand Up to local patients in their journey fighting cancer. The Foundation has given over $375,000 in financial assistance to local cancer patients in the last 5 years. The Foundation is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization.
